Excellent Frontline and After Sales Customer Service
The entire experience with Caledon Tile from beginning to end was personalized, attentive, and never left me waiting for an answer. Peter was very helpful in providing a quick and accurate quote and allowing us the time to choose our colours. He used Caledon Tile's suppliers to get us the best price for our faucet as well as our Cambria counter tops. Colin took a personal approach after the sale to ensure the measurement process, removal of our old countertops, and installation went off without a hitch. He even got involved to ensure our faucet arrived on time after there was a mix-up with the supplier.

Tiles in Powder Room
I needed a tile wall in my powder room installed. Although a smaller scale job - I called Caledon Tile and Colin responded right away. They had done excellent work for us in the past. Colin came the day after- On time and did the work a few weeks later. The person who installed this was meticulous and left the work area cleaned afterwards. Small Kitchen Backsplash
We were pleased with the entire process from stepping into the showroom to the final completion of the project. We did get multiple quotes and though Caledon Tile was actually the highest of all the ones received we felt the most comfortable and confident with them. With lots of negative stories about contractor work in general that we have heard we were very nervous but each step of the process was smooth and Colin and his staff were very helpful and considerate during contact and with our questions. The installation and cleanup was ideal and restored our image of getting work done in our home. We don't have any buyer's remorse and believe getting a project done quickly, properly, correctly and on target with the quoted price is worth the cost. We have and will recommend Caledon Tile due to their professionalism and will look to them for any other updates/upgrades needed in the future! Amazing craftsmanship and thank you for giving us confidence in hiring contractors.

Hardwood/Ceramic Tile
In November 2015 I had Caledon Tile install hardwood flooring in my living room and ceramic tile in my kitchen. Old parquet in the living room was removed and the sub-floor screwed down thoroughly and re-enforced underneath. Kitchen had two layers of vinyl plus original vinyl tiles removed, sub-floor screwed down and re-enforced underneath. Job took 10 days to complete but well worth the wait, two areas where tile meets wood is perfectly flush; no difference in height, a real professional job. There were numerous visits by Colin to the house to inspect the job and discuss any issues with the installer. One has to be very careful in selecting a contractor to do work in your house when you are spending thousands of dollars, at no time was I pressured for money up front, there was a deposit, a midway job payment and a final payment when the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in using Caledon Tile for any work in the future, very happy with the results.

Kitchen Upgrade
I wanted to upgrade my sink, countertop and have a backsplash installed. I was not sure exactly what I wanted. I received amazing customer service from everyone I dealt with at Caledon Tile. I was not rushed and provided lots of options. The install was a breeze from my perspective. Each contractor was efficient, professional, polite and tidy. Small Bathroom Reno in Older Home
The renos included changes to the bathing area (new tub, new tile, removal of bulkhead and ceiling redesign), a new toilet and installation of a ceiling fan. I had concerns about the small bathroom size and about changes to the electrical and plumbing systems, but everyone at Caledon Tile did their best to work within the existing framework. All aspects of this project (the showroom selections, the design and planning, and the on-site work) were handled in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner. The quality craftsmanship reflects in the final product -- great work everyone!

Our Experience Using Caledon Tile for Our Home Renovation
We had our kitchen and two bathrooms redone by Caledon Tile & Bath. The previous rooms were builder grade and were showing their age. The main bathroom was small and lacked storage space and we wanted to replace the bath with a shower. The workmanship was excellent from the tiling right through to the electrical redo. The ensuite bath was outdated and small. The redo there was excellent and provided more light in the glass enclosed new shower. The tile work in this shower was also excellent and the new pot lights gave more lighting than before. The kitchen is the high point of our reno. It has surpassed our expectations. The new island has made our kitchen seem larger. The workmanship in the cabinetry is excellent. The tiling of the floor and the backsplash was superb. The installation of the cabinetry and crown mouldings was excellent. Over all we are very pleased with the professionalism shown by the owner/management and all of the trades who worked on our project.

We had Our Kitchen Renovated by Caledon Tile in 2014/15 and the Experience and Results Exceeded Expectations.
Our renovation started just before Christmas, 2014 and in spite of it being the holiday season, Caledon Tile kept to schedule. The assistance of staff at the showroom; guidance and advice received was exceptional. Patience is a virtue when it comes to expecting clients to make multiple choices and stick with the choice! On the occasion when we changed our order on two items, the request was handled with pleasure and no fuss. All the workers who came into our home were friendly, professional, and treated the "job" as if it were their home. We would not hesitate to hire and recommend Caledon Tile for a job well done.

We are Very Satisfied!!!
We always, as you should, get multiple quotes for a renovation and always come back to Caledonia Bath. They may not be the cheapest, however, they do the jobs right the first time, on time and always on budget. Colin and his staff are very professional. They often offer up suggestions that improve the finished product. Caledonia Bath has worked on renovations of our main bathroom and twice in our kitchen and we have always been very impressed.

Ceramic Tile Flooring Installed in Kitchen
My new ceramic tile flooring is absolutely beautiful. Your installation team did a complete and thorough job. When they left there was nothing for me to do other than admire my new ceramic tile floor. It certainly made a major improvement in my kitchen and I am certainly enjoying the many compliments from family and friends on what an improvement it has made in my home. They Made My House into a Real Home
My reno journey with Caledon Tile started in the spring of 2013 when I step into their shop and met Colin, I had been very cautious in selecting a contractor, having been through a bad kitchen renovation experience. My bathrooms (main and ensuite) were in desperate need of complete makeover . Colin with his team of knowledgeable tradesmen made a tremendous and wonderful job in renovating my bathrooms. It gave me back my confidence in having things done in my house, so I had my walk-in closet done as well. They also fixed the defects in the kitchen, replacing a part of my countertop (cracked granite and defective kitchen sink), a defective Lazy Susan in my corner cabinetry and added gliding shelves to my pantry. Caledon Tile guys made this experience so convenient and comfortable for me that it made me decide to have them do more renos for me in 2014. This year I had the powder room done; my laundry moved from the basement to the main floor; new tile flooring for the vestibule and kitchen; a new kitchen island and a dining room servery cabinet. I had them replace and upgrade my electrical panel. My garage side door got replaced as well. It was in bad condition. And they also did some electrical work for me (ESA approved and certified). They made my house into a real home. The Caledon Tile guys are caring, trustworthy and very professional.

They Got It Just Right!!!!
I can't rate them highly enough. The salesman was competent, patient and not at all pushy. He answered every questioned with attention and made really good suggestions. The workmen were both skilled and talented; taking alterations and changes in their stride. They cleaned up after themselves including promptly taking away garbage so it wasn't sitting outside the house. Colin, the project manager, was exemplary both patient and very thorough and conscientious with follow-up. I can't say that I would want to do a bathroom renovation again but if I had to I would use Caledon Tile. They gave me a beautiful bathroom that meets all my physical limitation needs yet looks like a million dollars (but didn't cost it)!!

Had a granite counter top, backsplash, sink and tap installed. Colin worked very hard to understand my needs as I was very particular about what I wanted. Service was excellent and the installation went smooth. Only one little blip in installation and the issue at hand was resolved in hours. Replaced Kitchen Tiles and Counter
The team at Caledon Tile was very helpful when it came to this project. Colin was extremely helpful and very patient working through the selection of tiles with us. He was onsite every day and checked to make sure the workers were there every day on time. He was fussier than we were and did an amazing job. Whole store is really helpful and make lots of time to work with you. A little more expensive but it’s worth it. Always on price - meet their quotes.

Reinstalled Bathroom Floor and Wall Tiles
We used a fly-by-night installer that was recommended to us to tile floor and walls. It was a disaster. I called Caledon Tile, they came within 24 hours with an estimate and 2 days later their staff (tile setter) arrived and did a great job. It took him 2 days to fix the mess. Caledon Tile did consultation for $50.00. I should have used them the first time.

When I was renovating my kitchen I went to Caledon Kitchen & Bath for colour ideas that matched my countertop. They were able to suggest colours to match my countertop and cupboards and then suggested a paint colour. Now my kitchen looks new and modern!
